How to order
If you want to order any of the products in our shop, just click the button “Add to cart” next to the item. To view your cart, click “Cart” in the roll-down menu under “Shop”. When you are ready to checkout, just click “Checkout” in the roll-down menu under “Shop”, and then proceed with the checkout.
We welcome intenational customers! The prices is in Swedish krona. To recalculate the price to your currency, use for example XE – Currencey Converter.
You may either pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
Swedish customers may also pay by receiving a bill (Faktura) to be payed within 30 days.
We use standard Swedish Mail Service (Posten) to ship the orders. International orders go via delivery services in partnership with the Swedish Mail Service. It takes about 3-5 business days until we ship your order. After that, it will take about 2 more days to reach you as a Swedish customers, and about 6 days to reach international customers. If you have not received the package after 14 days, please contact our customer support.
You can calculate the shipping at the bottom of your cart, before purchase.

We aim to reply with support within 2 buisness days. We know English, Swedish and Japanese.
If the products you receive does not match your order, please contact the customer support. We will pay for the return shipping fee and send you the right product upon receiving the returned product. Make sure not to open the sealed package around the product you want to return.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may refund it within 7 days after receiving the product. Please contact the customer support for refund instructions. Make sure not to open the sealed package around the product you want to return. We do not pay for the refund shipping fee. We will refund you with a 20% cancellation fee deducted.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately. A cancelled order is refunded with a 20% cancellation fee deducted. If the order is already sent, please see the refund policy above.
Once a package leaves our facility, liability for successful shipment is assumed by the shipping service provider. We take no responsibility for the delay or loss of your package within the carrier system. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed directly to the carrier.
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or share your personal information or email address with any third party.
